Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Earmold Australia®. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products are returned to us in a saleable condition within 7 days and proof of sale information is provided.
How to place your order
Earmold Australia® offers the choice of online or offline shopping facilities. You can shop online using our Shopping Cart facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our shop transactions are securely encrypted using 128/256bit SSL security measures. When you "Proceed to the Checkout" whilst purchasing products online, you will notice that your browser will display the secure site padlock icon. Postage and Delivery Charges
Our $10.00 flat POSTAGE RATE applies to all product orders within Australia, regardless of the number of items ordered. All deliveries are by Australia Post parcel service. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days; however this can vary in more isolated areas.
For Overseas orders, simply contact us with your product order quote and a postage cost and delivery times will be emailed to you before the actual order is sent.
Once your order is placed, we will charge your credit card if you are happy with the costs. We will refund the GST portion of the order for overseas shoppers when your order is sent.
If any items ordered are not available for immediate delivery, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Urgent Deliveries - Depending on where you are located, we can offer, for an additional cost an Express Australia Post delivery option. Simply phone us and we can give you a delivery time and cost over the phone.
Exchanges
Contact us directly firstly to determine how to complete an exchange, please write a detail note to including the name, variety and cost of the new product you require. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange charges may apply.
Making a Return
please make contact directly with us first if you need to return a product to us to see if we can resolve any issue first. All returns can be done so through Australia Post with the postage prepaid by the sender. Upon agreement to accept your return we require a copy of your receipt, goods must be in their original undamaged packaging in fully resalable condition in a pre-paid post pack, satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport. Please address all returns to PO Box 124 Melville WA 6956. Items must be returned within 7days of purchase in its original packaging with your receipt.
Refunds
Earmold Australia® will organize a refund on most products we offer within 7 days of date of purchase if on receipt the product is not damaged but does not match the product description, or is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased. Some custom made to order products may be excluded from this refund return policy
Earmold Australia® will organize a refund on Online Store items within 7 days of date of purchase if upon receipt the product is damaged or does not match the product description, or is not fit for the purpose for which it was purchased. We can only process a refund into an Australia bank account or credit card.
We will refund by way of:
- Direct deposit into your account
- Refund to your credit card used
- Provide cash refund only if original payment was made by cash.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return.
If you have received a damaged/defective product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs
If the product has been use, damaged or not in a resalable condition by acts of misuse then a restocking fee may apply.
Postage is not covered under Australian consumer laws on returns or warranties and needs to be prepaid by the customer.
Please note - once full custom Earmolds have been in the ear they are not returnable for either refund or exchange.
Warranty
All products are covered by our warranty, but exclude misuse and negligence and normal wear and tear. All warranty concessions and claims listed below are effective for the original purchaser only. All warranty claims must be sent postage prepaid accompanied by the product in question. Earmold Australia® warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship during normal conditions. All products have a 12 month warranty.
Security
Earmold Australia® offers a secure site for all our customers, which allows you to shop with confidence. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card or it being stolen, you must notify your bank in accordance with its rules on reporting and procedures.
Privacy
Earmold Australia® will not sell or give your e-mail address, or any other information relating to you to anyone else. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and after each transaction your credit card details are destroyed. Personal information provided will only be used to process your order and to notify you of upcoming promotions, offers and new products. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to any third parties. All information provided is protected by our strict privacy policy, in which your contact details will not be shared with any third parties.
